Alda Hotel Reykjavik

The hotel was gorgeous, I loved the accommodating staff and fantastic breakfasts. The rooms were immaculate and spotless, and the location was incredible on the main street. It had an excellent bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

I loved the hotel's location and staff. The room was recently refurbished and available with even Loccitane products and balcony, for instance.

It met all required needs, I 100 % recommend it. This hotel is a chilled-out base for a christmas in Reykjavik.

The hotel is fabulous and clean with amazing food and exceptional staff. The setting is wonderful and magnificent, adjacent to the center of town, shops, bars and restaurants, downtown. Also, a unique museum is just a short distance away.

Appreciated our stay, had enjoyable 5 days overall. Some excellent tea, under-floor heating and tea, coffee inside the guest room were handy. The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of items to choose from.

I appreciated that it was fairly clean and quirky, the staff were amiable and rooms were new-fashioned. This accommodation had a very central setting close to the action. Had nice dainties at Bismut, located minutes from the hotel. The breakfast offered lots of fab meals...

The place was stylish, clean, had fine rooms and location. Good view, a pleasant balcony, soft bed, too. Bathroom was also beautiful and included separate shower, which I enjoyed. Centrally based in a great area.

Clean hotel, stylish room, helpful staff. My room included it's own balcony and tea/coffee. The accommodation had a central location close to everything. Also, Laugavegur was situated on the doorstep. I had very enjoyable days staying at this smart venue.

Breakfast was not included, can be much better.

Every detail, including location and rooms, was great. Lots of options for breakfast including pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. I greatly enjoyed the special area around the hotel.

Staff was welcoming, room was huge, buffet breakfast was fine. Our room had a comfortable bed and an excellent view. The fact the service was excellent too. Complimentary drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

This convenient hotel was really clean. The view from my room was decent. The beach was sandy and adjacent to my venue. Breakfast was perfectly good and savoury with plenty of options. Handy location, good value.

Incredible staff, spectacular location. The room was bright with coffee, flat-screen television and terrace included. I greatly enjoyed the al fresco restaurant, serving healthy cuisine. Special service, fantastic value🙂

Wonderful stay in the busy area. Efficient check in and late check out. Btw, it has easy to access parking. You could walk to a supermarket and stores. Need to add that there's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Shanghai, located within 5 minutes walk or so.

Absolutely superb location, sympathetic staff, nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast was enjoyable, well presented and with lots of options. There was a fabulous restaurant, a supermarket and a shopping street next door. Spectacular service an attached restaurant onsite.

It was enjoyable time in Reykjavik. Well-designed room, fabulous staff and a comfy bed. Facilities were perfect too.

Well presented and super cool accommodation. I liked my room, it was cool and such excellent with a shower that folded up when being used. Downstairs bar and staff was very good! Really really nice overall experience.

all in all a truly memorable stay, the venue met needs well. they offered me superb breakfast with great variety. i got free upgrade and loved it. the early check-in process too. ideal location to laugavegur.

The hotel was fairly clean, and we liked an exceptional location. The staff did all they can for a warm stay. Booked a room with astonishing views. The facilities were decent and easy to use. The venue was a fantastic base for enjoying a downtown area.

We enjoyed staff and location, the hotel had everything we required for our trip. The venue is in the middle of the town. There are rooms for family. Nice comfy base for exploring Reykjavík.

The location was great, with Old Iceland Restaurant nearby. We could easily get to perlan and laugavegur was close to the hotel.
